Wildfires in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba have had a devastating effect on many bear outfitter camps. From burnt-out hunt territories to ATV bans, many outfitters have not been able to complete their bear hunt seasons. Cree River Lodge is available to help out these unfortunate bear hunters. Our hunt territory is well north of the wildfires and the smoke from the fires. Our bears are unaffected. Furthermore, we do not use ATV, all hunters are transported to the bait stand sites by boat.
